We offer a 1-year warranty on all used machines. Warranty covers parts, labor and shipping.
Service

We offer repair, maintenance (tune-up), inspection and diagnostic services. Everything needed to keep your writer working like new. See Services Offered page for additional information.

Writers should undergo an annual maintenance (tune-up) to function at peak performance and decrease the chance of breakdown.

Writers are typically serviced within 3-5 Business Days after we receive your writer. In some instances this may be expedited.

Expedited services and shipping are available at an additional charge. Expedited requests can be made on the Service Request Form.

Service Discounts may be provided under certain circumstances. Examples include the need for service on multiple writers, a service and a repair requested in same session or referral services. Please contact us to discuss your specific instance.

We value your trust and stand by our service. All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty covering the parts repaired or replaced. Any additional repairs will be charged accordingly. Our annual maintenance service is backed by a 90-day warranty. Battery chargers and batteries are also covered under a 90-day warranty.
